Is a LIMS system to track data files, search results and sample information produced in mass spectrometry experiments. It supports data management across multiple instruments like LTQ's, LCQ's and Orbitraps. Several search programs are supported like Mascot, GPM and TPP. Thus allows to link mass spectrometry results to biological experiments to filter and compare results in biological context and across large data sets. Prohits is designed to be a Long term data warehouse.
